What's not to like. When I was looking into upgrades, the two most common chairs I came across were Herman Miller and Steelcase. Ordered a remanufactured Steelcase 462 Leap V2 chair from them to have a more comfortable chair for my home office. I found the chair I wanted, and I got a great price. It was very easy to assemble. I talked with the owner before buying a rebuilt steelcase leap v2. Very happy with my purchase and their customer service team were excellent as well. There are many others online. I am loving my remanufactured Steelcase Amia! Easy to assemble , great communication, and the website did so much to explain the reconditioning process. Got a Leap V2, looks close to new and feels great. It was well done and I put my unit together in about 15 minutes. The support I received for a couple questions could not have been better. But it was expected since it is remanufactured. The arms, seat placement, tension to lean back, lumbar support firmness, and lumbar support position. Highly recommended! Anyways, I really liked the shopping experience with them -- and I'll go back if I need a chair in the future. They've been super easy to deal with as well! I spent weeks looking for a trust worthy Steelcase chair rebuilder. To maintain quality, please follow the cleaning procedures outlined here. I only bought some chair parts this time. I needed a better office chair for the long hours in front of my home office desk. Order arrived quickly and the product was as described. Came looking pretty much brand new, and is extremely comfortable and adjustable to fit my 6'7" frame. Honestly you cannot tell the difference between new and re-manufactured as all the critical parts are brand new. Assembly was not documented but pretty simple. Size A ~17″ IMO better than buying new in some ways (seat pad, customizable fabrics), but still much cheaper. Again, all I got was a email from UPS saying that a return was processed which I read to mean Crandall had arranged for the defective unit to be picked up (turns out, this was not so). Haven't had any problems. The Herman Miller Aeron chair comes in 3 different sizes. This is a great chair with an even better than new extra padded seat. My questions were answered before I placed the order.
